Procedure

Your fundraising committee sets a date and a dollar goal. Then you contact Rose Day Co. to confirm the date, availability and the Rose bouquet cost for you chosen date.

Your order is then confirmed by Rose Day Co. You print the sales tickets distribute them to your sales teams. Your members pre-sell the bouquets and collect the money at the time of the sale. Most clubs start selling 1 to 2 months prior to their rose day. The chairman’s job is to make sure each member is informed and understands the goal.

The week before your selected rose day, give Rose Day Co. an estimate of your sales. Then 3 days before delivery, you order the amount of bouquets you need with Rose Day Co.

The roses are then delivered to your town via over-night express delivery. You distribute the bouquets to your members for delivery, or have a pick up location for your customers. Some clubs charge and extra dollar or two for delivery. Most clubs receive the bouquets on a Thursday. Members can pick up their orders on Thursday evening to take to work on Friday for delivery. The rest are distributed on Saturday.
